At The Cambrian, we’re proud that the ‘food miles’ racked up while stocking our kitchens are negligible. We always strive to use finest ingredients sourced from within a few miles of Adelboden, so it’s just as well the region is home to some of Switzerland’s best food producers. Every Wednesday during the season, we hold a Suppliers’ Market in our restaurant area, so guests can meet the local people who help us put our menu together. Please join us to taste the premium Swiss beef, meet self-titled ‘cheese guy’ Manfred Schmidt and chat to the Hauter family, who bake the hotel’s bread.
