Pilates Days

— A Retreat of Movement, Breath, and Nature

20th - 23th November 2025

Pilates is a holistic practice that strengthens deep muscles, improves posture, and sharpens body awareness through mindful breathing and controlled movement. During these special days, you can enjoy up to three Pilates sessions per day, complemented by one daily meditation and a nature walk to reconnect with the outdoors.

Evenings offer the chance to share a relaxed dinner together for those who wish to join. You are free to decide how many sessions you participate in — giving you space to take time for yourself, refuel, and find balance while staying flexible.

 

What to expect during these Days

15:30 –  16:30 Pilates - Unwind and align perfect for the evening class

19:00 –  21:00 Dinner - shared table

Claire discovered Pilates 15 years ago and was instantly inspired by how strong, lean and balanced it made her feel. Trained with the prestigious STOTT Pilates method, she is certified in matwork and soon also in Reformer Pilates. Her lighthearted yet focused approach helps students of all ages and abilities experience the many benefits Pilates has to offer.

Thierry Laillard

For more than 30 years he has been coaching and advising people and companies, drawing on his sensitivity to recognise both spoken and unspoken needs. Nearly a decade ago he turned to the field of hypnosis, completing his training in 2015 with Gabriel Palacios as a certified hypnotherapist (VSH & NGH). Today, he specialises in therapeutic hypnosis for pain management, sports performance and weight control, helping people unlock their potential and achieve lasting success.
