Hailing from North Wales, Bryn Williams, Chef Patron at The Cambrian learnt to appreciate food and its origins on the rolling hills and farms where he grew up. Since then, he has worked in some of the most prestigious kitchens in London – with the world's most stellar chefs – working alongside Marco Pierre White at 'The Criterion' and Michel Roux at 'Le Gavroche'. Bryn is currently Chef Patron of 'Odette’s' Restaurant in London's Primrose Hill and 'Bryn Williams at Porth Eirias', a bistro and bar overlooking the stunning North Wales coast. Bryn Williams at The Cambrian completes his triad of fine restaurants.
North Londoner Will Gordon worked for a number of prestigious chefs and Michelin Star restaurants in the UK before the latest chapter of his culinary journey sees him reunite with his mentor Bryn Williams in the Swiss Alps, as Head Chef here at The Cambrian.
The Axe Bar, located just off the lobby on the ground floor, shook its first cocktail back in 2007. Open daily from 12am to 12pm, the 40-seat space is open to residents and non-residents alike and, with its blend of whimsical Alpine décor and the latest light installations, is the ideal spot for après-ski cocktails, pre-dinner aperitifs or maybe even a beer or two while watching major sporting events on its big-screen television.

The Cambrian’s winter garden and sun terrace are the places to go for some quiet reflection. Sink into one of the comfortable lounge chairs and let the awe-inspiring alpine vista produce a zen-like state of mind.
